ContractorLaunch provides marketing, advertising, CRM implementation, lead generation, lead nurturing, automation, AI communication systems, reputation management, and related business growth services for contractors.

Specific services provided to each client are governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any ContractorLaunch materials without written permission

- Misrepresent yourself or your business

- Use our content for competing commercial purposes

3. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside ContractorLaunch’s control, including but not limited to:

- Market conditions

- Competition

- Pricing

- Sales ability

- Reputation

- Customer responsiveness

- Seasonality

- Economic conditions

- Accordingly, ContractorLaunch makes no guarantees regarding:

- Lead volume

- Appointment volume

- Sales

- Revenue

- Profit

- Return on investment

- Business growth

- Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

4. Lead Qualification

ContractorLaunch delivers leads based upon qualification criteria established by the client.

Lead quality does not guarantee:

- A booked appointment

- A sale

- Project approval

- Customer financing

- Customer availability

Lead credits are governed exclusively by the applicable Client Agreement.

5. Payments

By purchasing services, you authorize ContractorLaunch to charge your selected payment method for all authorized fees. All charges are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of services.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact ContractorLaunch before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks for services already delivered may constitute a breach of contract.

ContractorLaunch reserves the right to submit:

- Signed agreements

- Call recordings

- CRM activity

- Delivery records

- Communication history

- Lead delivery logs

- IP logs

- Payment authorizations as evidence in any payment dispute.

7. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

Where applicable, lead quality concerns are resolved through account credits as outlined in the Client Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All ContractorLaunch systems, advertisements, templates, automations, software configurations, documents, funnels, copy, videos, graphics, branding, and internal processes remain the exclusive property of ContractorLaunch.

Clients receive a limited license to use services during an active business relationship.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ContractorLaunch intellectual property.

9. Confidential Information

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

ContractorLaunch may use generalized performance data, anonymized statistics, testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials with client permission or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

10. Communications

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from ContractorLaunch including:

- Phone calls

- SMS messages

- Emails

- Automated reminders

- Appointment confirmations

- Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.

11. Recording Consent

You consent to ContractorLaunch recording phone calls, Zoom meetings, onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and other communications for training, quality assurance, compliance, dispute resolution, operational purposes, and marketing where permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Platforms

ContractorLaunch utilizes third-party services including but not limited to:

- Meta

- Google

- LeadConnector

- Stripe

- Twilio

- HighLevel

ContractorLaunch is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContractorLaunch shall not be liable for:

- Lost revenue

- Lost profits

- Business interruption

- Lost opportunities

- Indirect damages

- Consequential damages

- Punitive damages

- Special damages

ContractorLaunch’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ContractorLaunch, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Your business operations

- Your advertisements

- Your products or services

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of applicable laws

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within British Columbia.

16. Changes

ContractorLaunch reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
